Hi Xiaobo,

Have you tried resetting your cart?  To do so, go to the Genome Browser 
gateway page (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway), and click where 
it says "Click here to reset the browser user interface settings to 
their defaults."

Some other things to check are to make sure that you are using 
genome.ucsc.edu, and not a mirror site, and that you have cookies 
enabled for genome.ucsc.edu.

If you still see the problem, can you let us know what version of OSX 
you are on, and what web browser (Chrome, FireFox, Safari, etc.) you are 
using, and what version?
