Hi Ian,

Can you confirm that you have cookies enabled on your web browser? If 
you are still experiencing difficulties, please send us your session id 
so we may assist you further. You can get the session id from any of the 
browser urls; part of the url like "hgsid=NNNN". Alternatively, you can 
go to the sessions menu (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgSession) and 
save your settings as a session, then click the "email" link and send us 
that information. Please reply to [email protected].
