Hello Derek, We have Multiz alignments for the bosTau4 assembly, but not for the bosTau6 assembly. We do plan on generating alignments for the upcoming bosTau7 assembly, which will correspond to Baylor release Btau_4.6.1. I can't give you a time frame for release yet.
