Dear Helpdesk I routinely use the UCSC browser and find it very useful. I am currently looking at a region on chromosome 15, and in that region are many entries for 'DQ' genes. These are short, around 35 base pairs, but I was hoping to find out what DQ means?
I am looking at the region chr15:93,864,731-99,892,870, Build 37/19. I would be most grateful for an answer.
