Hi John, The knownGene table also gives the locations of translation start and end, in the "cdsStart" and "cdsEnd" fields. For future reference, you can see the schema for any table by selecting it in the Table Browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables) and hitting the "describe table schema" button.
