Good Afternoon Dr. Ballester:

The track type for this type of graph is called "bed 12"
Please note the 12 field definitions for "bed 12":

It isn't possible to color the larger part different from the thin part,
but you can color the entire item.  Here is an example of
a bed 12 track with different colors for each item:

You can enter that URL into the custom track submission page to see
that track displayed.
