Hi Dan, It looks like this is part of a known issue. There is a work around by adding another level to your trackDb called a View. Everything bolded below is what has been added/modified to your trackDb.txt file to get the squish to show up: ----------------------------------------- track hic compositeTrack on shortLabel hic longLabel hic *subGroup1 view Views signal=signal type bed 3 noInherit on*
*track signal shortLabel signal view signal parent hic visibility squish viewLimits 0:3 graphType bar configurable on maxHeightPixels 200:128:32 autoScale off* track 1 shortLabel 1 longLabel 1 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 1.bw track 2 shortLabel 2 longLabel 2 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 2.bw track 3 shortLabel 3 longLabel 3 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 3.bw track 4 shortLabel 4 longLabel 4 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal bigDataUrl 4.bw track 5 shortLabel 5 longLabel 5 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 5.bw track 6 shortLabel 6 longLabel 6 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 6.bw track 7 shortLabel 7 longLabel 7 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 7.bw track 8 shortLabel 8 longLabel 8 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 8.bw track 9 shortLabel 9 longLabel 9 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 9.bw track 10 shortLabel 10 longLabel 10 *parent signal type bigWig subGroups view=signal* bigDataUrl 10.bw ----------------------------------- If you have any additional questions, please reply to: [email protected] - Greg Roe UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group On 1/8/12 8:15 AM, [email protected] wrote: > Hello, > > On the preview browser there is percent-normalized repli-seq data for > different cell lines.
