Hi: I downloaded the snp135 file from the link: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/snp135.txt.gz.
However, I had problem unzip it: gunzip snp135.txt.gz gunzip: snp135.txt.gz: invalid compressed data--format violated It there anything wrong with this file?
