Can you help us reproduce the procedure you use to get the 121,850,000
size for mm9 chr11 from fetchChromSizes.  I can't figure out how you might
end up with that number.

The size of chr11 in mm9 is 121843856 and you should have this from
fetchChromSizes from any of its three methods.
