Hi Rad,

Apologies for the delayed response.  We don't have any tools that will 
manipulate the numbers in wig/bigWig files.  You would need to do any 
calculations yourself and then re-load the tracks.

You might also be interested in using the log transform function that is 
available in the track controls for wiggle tracks.  Right-click on a 
track and select "Configure (your track)" to turn it on.
