Hello,

I am an assistant professor at ASU who is interested in how chromatin
modifications map across the human genome. Your public database and browsing
tools are tremendously helpful.

My student and I are interested in filtering peak data of a single track (e.g.,
H3K27me3 in BJ cells) in order to identify DNA regions within 1 kb centered
around annotated transcription start sites (promoters) that show enrichment for
certain histone modifications (and potentially other chromatin marks) . We
would like to generate a list of genes with certain histone modifications near
their promoters.

Is there a tool available from your group that would allow us to do such an
analysis?

Best,
---Karmella
