I also wanted a same file for the 3'UTR regions. If I donwload from the UCSC tables - selecting the co-ordinates as transcription start site and Coding start site - then doesn't it give the 5'UTR information for genes on +strand and 3'UTR information for genes on - strand. Is there any other way to get the file I want ?
