Hi Mitja,

I don't believe we have a NONCODE track at genome.ucsc.edu. I did see 
that noncode.org hosts a genome browser (UCSC mirror) with a NONCODEv3 
track. Perhaps that is what the article was referring to?

We do have a lincRNA Transcripts track on hg19, but I don't think that's 
what you're referring to.
