Dear UCSC Team, I am working with track hubs and I am extensively using the feature of overlapping tracks using the "transparent overlay" method. Recently I noticed that I can not configure this option any more by clicking on the track settings of a multi-track line which I want to overlap. The option however is still listed on the help site: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgWiggleTrackHelp.html
Did you remove this feature or is there anything known about a current bug?
