Hi Guenter, We checked with the data contributor, and he does plan to make the table for the mm9 assembly at some point, but I don't have any estimate of when that might happen.
In the meantime, he suggests using liftOver (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver) to see the sites on mm9.
