Hi Sylvia,

We are trying to reproduce the errors you describe but we have been
unsuccessful so far. Can you confirm that you are working on the Genome
Browser at http://genome.ucsc.edu, and not a development site or a
mirror site?

If you are working on http://genome.ucsc.edu, can you provide even more
detailed steps to reproduce the problem? (Thanks for including the
internet browsers you have tried!)
