Hello Hang, You can get the RefSeq gene names using our Table Browser but unfortunately we do not host any Affymetrix data for Ciona.
To get a list of all the RefSeq gene names go to the Table Browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables) and select: clade: Deuterostome genome: C. intestinalis assembly: Mar. 2005 group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks track: RefSeq Genes table: refGene region: genome output format: selected fields from primary and related tables click "get output" This will take you to a menu where you can select which columns you want to obtain from the refGene table. If you only want the gene names check the "name" or possibly "name2" columns and again click the "get output" button. If you have further questions regarding data you find in the browser feel free to contact the mailing list at [email protected].
