Hi Hanna, Thank you for spotting this. The reason for the difference in the gene location in Ensembl and UCSC, is the ENST00000432338 transcript in the Ensembl annotation of PARP1 gene. The underlying evidence for this transcript has been misaligned leading to an incorrect alignment. We will remove the transcript in the future release of Ensembl.
