Hello, Joel,

There is no database schema available, because the database
is not actually aware of its own connections. We use MyISAM
tables, which allow us to swap tables in and out at will, but
the keys connecting tables are not part of the database. We
use a flat file called all.joiner in our source tree to
store the relationships.

Having said that, it =is= possible to see the relationship
between any one table and those connected to it using the
"show table schema" link on the track configuration page.
To find the link, click the little button to the left of
the track, or click the highlighted text in the track
control section below the Browser graphic.

Either way, you get to a page that has a section:

   "Connected Tables and Joining Fields"

which shows all the tables connected to the table(s) of
the track. Most tracks will consist of only a few
connected tables, though the SNP tracks and the UCSC Genes
track have a much more extended set of connections.

best wishes,

                        --b0b kuhn
