Dear UCSC Genome Browser group, Thank you for providing us this great information source. I have a short question. We have done some methylation analysis on H9 cells (a human ESCs). Now we are trying to find some more published genome data regarding H9 cells, such as ChIP, methylation etc. I extensively searched your genome browser, but only found "Duke DNaseI Hypersensitivity track" used H9 cells. Do you think there are any other experimental data in the browser that was also from H9 cells? Or do you happen to know there is any H9 genome data that was not integreated into UCSC Genome Browser?
