Dear Genome Browser Team,

a couple of days ago, I sent you following email:

"Dear Genome Browser Team,

I have following problem: In order to have an information about whether my gene
of interest has an active promoter, I am using "track search" feature in genome
browser --> "layered H3K4me3" track, which is then displayed in addition to the
already given H3K27Ac track.
Since yesterday, however, this feature is not displayed anymore, even though I
am following the same procedure. This feature works, however, on other PCs in
the office.
Please, help me solving this problem."

Now, Steve Heitner tried to help me (please, read the email below), but I still
have this problem.
I'm afraid it is not a server problem, since using this feature works on other
PCs in our office, but not on mine. Could it be, it is just some setting in
Mozilla Firefox or in Genome Browser itself, which I am not aware of?
Viewing, for example, ("in track search") "Layered H3K4me3" or "Layered
H3K36me3" in NT2-D1 cell line works, but viewing the default "Layered H3K27Ac"
and "Layered H3K4me3 on 7 cell lines from ENCODE" (both of which are of
interest for me) is not possible.
I hope you can help me.

Best
