Hi Ilhwan,

The Arabidopsis browser at http://genomes.mcdb.ucla.edu/ is a customized
mirror of the UCSC Genome Browser and we do not host it. It is somewhat
confusing, because a lot of the text on their contact page is a
duplication of our contact information, but this section (from
http://genomes.mcdb.ucla.edu/contacts.html) specifies the right people
to contact about the Arabidopsis browser:

"UCLA MCDB/MBI Genome Browser contacts:
Questions or problems regarding the UCLA MCDB/MBI Genome Browser site,
database, genome data should be sent to Weihong Yan, Shawn Cohus, Matteo
Pellegrini, or Sabeeha Merchant."

I hope this helps.
