Hello, Minah.

We are currently hosting 58 organisms (104 total assemblies) on our public
site.

For future reference if you would like to find this information on your own,
there are a couple of ways to do this:

1. You can view the FAQ at
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQreleases.html#release1 and manually count the
items listed as "Available" in the Status column.

2. You can directly query our SQL database for the information. Instructions
to do so are located at
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download29. You would want to
query hgcentral.dbDb, but it is important to note that not everything in
hgcentral.dbDb is displayed on the public site. Only those items where
active=1 are actually available on the public site.

Please contact us again at [email protected] if you have any further
questions.
