You are missing the .2bit file as you specified in the chromInfo table.
The path name to the .2bit file as indicated in the 'fileName' column
of the chromInfo table needs to be accessible from the CGI binaries.
The path name can be an absolute path, such as: /gbdb/hg19/hg19.2bit
or it can be a relative path from the cgi-bin directory,
for example: ../htdocs/goldenPath/hg19/bigZips/hg19.2bit
