Hello Efrat,

You can download the table underlying the GNF Atlas 2 track using our
table browser here:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables

once there select:

clade: Mammal
genome: Human
assembly: hg19
group: Expression
track: GNF Atlas 2
table: gnfAtlas2
region: genome (assuming you want all the data and not just data for a
specific region)

then choose the appropriate output format. Alternatively you can bulk
download the whole table as a file from our downloads section here:

http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/

you'll want one of these files

gnfAtlas2.sql
<http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/gnfAtlas2.sql>
gnfAtlas2.txt.gz
<http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/gnfAtlas2.txt.gz>

Hopefully this information was helpful and answers your question. If you
have further questions or require clarification feel free to contact the
mailing list at [email protected].
