Hi Haoping,

Unfortunately, our funding limits us to supporting mostly mammal genome
browsers, along with a few model organism browsers. You could set up a
mirror of the UCSC Genome Browser for only C. albicans:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/admin/mirror.html

This isn't trivial, however! (I also did a quick search for a publicly
available C. albicans mirror, but I didn't see one.)

Alternatively, it looks like CGD has a GBrowse browser set up for C.
albicans:

http://www.candidagenome.org/cgi-bin/gbrowse/candida_21/?ref=Ca21chrR_C_albicans_SC5314;start=1729234;stop=1794843;label=All-SNP-DNA-Translation;width=800;keystyle=between;grid=on

I'm not very familiar with GBrowse, but I see an option to "upload your
own annotations."

I hope this information is helpful. Good luck with your research.
