Hi, I am trying to download the sno/miRNA track data from hg19 of the genome browser, but I wasn't able to find a corresponding file in the Download link under hg19 Annotation database.
I have searched for previous questions on this and found that rnaGene and wgRNA in hg18 contain such info, however, those files are really old and are clearly missing the most recent info (e.g. on newly identified miRNAs). Could you suggest a good way to find such info? Similar question also applies to RepeatMasker track, which I wasn't able to find a downloadable file.
