I have viewed the two links you gave me .but I still can't find a file that give me the information of gene combined with protein (that means a gene corresponding to a protein ) .because the content in the website is too rich ,I tried to download some information from the website to know the structure of the data .I found I have much problems to understand the data .First ,I don't know the reason for the plenty of submenu (how do you classify them ?depending on species ,or orthers ? ) .Second, in a file named gene_product.txt (for example) ,I can't understand what's the meaning of each column and line.~ (like this:154618 A0DSP5_PARTE 244260 100185 25794 GSPATT00019755001: Chromosome undetermined scaffold_62, whole genome shotgun sequence)
