Hello, Dario. The table you are trying to download is very large - too large to download via the Table Browser. I would recommend downloading the files from our download server (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/) or our FTP site (ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/).
