Hello, To construct your own liftover you will need files that are created as a part of the assembly release process. Unfortunately we are still working on the release of the crab-eating macaque browser so it will be a while before the files you need are available, let alone the liftover itself. If you want to be notified when this assembly is released to our public site you can subscribe to our announcements mailing list here:
