Hi Jamina,

Which gene track are you referring to?  If it is RefSeq Genes, you can 
click on the isoforms in the Browser. Then on the details page you'll 
see a link to that gene on NCBI (e.g., *RefSeq:* NM_001128430.1 
<http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Search&db=Nucleotide&term=NM_001128430&doptcmdl=GenBank&tool=genome.ucsc.edu>).
  
Click the link to go to NCBI. On the details page there, you will see a 
Display Settings link (near the top) with a little down arrow next to 
it. Click that little arrow and from the menu select Revision History 
and click Apply.

If you want this type of information for, say, UCSC genes, that's a bit 
more complicated. Just let us know: [email protected]
