Could you please tell me what is the parameters or library of rmsk.file in UCSC ftp server (/apache/htdocs/goldenPath/anoCar2/database/)? Is there any specific parameters for anole genome? I got not identical results with rmsk.txt when performing the local repeatmakser software.
