Hello, Unfortunately we do not have any tracks dedicated exclusively to cohesin binding sites. We do, however, have a few "Expression and Regulation" tracks that include some annotations for a sparse few cohesin binding sites. You can read more about them on their accompanying description pages.
To see the description for any track you can click on the gray bar to the left of the track in the main display or click on the track title above its configuration pulldown menu.
