Hello, I'm not sure what data you are trying to find. Are you perhaps referring to the Repeatmasker track on the mouse genome browser? The download files for any track can be found on our downloads server: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html For this track, click on Mouse -> Annotation Database (it will take a minute to load) -> then scroll to the "rmsk" file. For mm10, this is: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm10/database/rmsk.txt.gz If this is not the data you are looking for, you can browse other available data on the Genome Browser.
