I was wondering why the genome browser has no wormbase gene annotations for c.elegans assembly ce10/ws220 ? For ce6 they are available, for ce10 there only seem to be RefSeq and Ensembl. For worm it would be pretty valuable to have them. Are there plans to add them or are there any objections why it is not possible? Greetings, Mark PS. I checked at wormbase.
