Hello,
I am emailing with a similar question to the one described below. I
downloaded the affyU133Plus2.txt.gz file described, but the file does not
contain headers and I do not know how to interpret it. I need a file with
unique probe id's, chromosome, their start position, length, end position
and strand orientation. If you could help me figure out how to get this
information out of the affyU133Plus2.txt.gz file I would greatly appreciate
it!!

Best,
Zach

Hi Luvina-

Thank you for your response. I believe this file shows the probeset
location, I am interested in the individual probe locations. Do you
have that?

Casey

Hi Casey,

You can download this table directly from our downloads server. From the
main page, click on 'Downloads' (located on left-side navigation menu).
On the following page, click on 'Human' then 'Annotation Database'. This
will take you here:http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/.
<http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/> The file
you
want to download is affyU133Plus2.txt.gz.

Please contact us again at genome at soe.ucsc.edu
<https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome> if you have any
further
questions.
