Hello, I am emailing with a similar question to the one described below. I downloaded the affyU133Plus2.txt.gz file described, but the file does not contain headers and I do not know how to interpret it. I need a file with unique probe id's, chromosome, their start position, length, end position and strand orientation. If you could help me figure out how to get this information out of the affyU133Plus2.txt.gz file I would greatly appreciate it!!
Best, Zach Hi Luvina- Thank you for your response. I believe this file shows the probeset location, I am interested in the individual probe locations. Do you have that?
