Hello, Zhu.

You will now find an executable version of featureBits located at
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/.

Subject: [Genome] Using featureBits program

Hi,
I need to use featureBits to collapse annotation files from different
sources. Is there any possibility I used the program without building up the
whole kent source tree and SQL? I know there is an executable version for
OverlapSelect and it works great for me. I am just wondering is it possible
to get an excitable featureBits?
Thanks
Zhu
