Hi Peng, Sorry for the confusion. There was discussion of the -multiple option because it is something that *seems* like it might make liftOver work like you were hoping. It does not.
liftOver was designed to convert coordinates in blocks by just mapping the start and the end coordinates. It does not have capabilities to do base-by-base conversions. You might want to check out the pslMap tool instead.
