Hi, Matyas.

Steve is correct that fetchChromSizes is a script
and not a compiled executable.

You may need to set the executable bit on the script,

  chmod +x fetchChromSizes

and run it with a path:
  ./fetchChromSizes

(assuming that fetchChromSizes is in the current directory)
