Hi Laura, The RefSeq tables are updated nightly; the current release is 53. If you are familiar with MySQL, you can access our public MySQL database (http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download29) and use the following query to determine which release we currently have: select * from gbLoaded where srcDb='RefSeq' ;
