Hi, Aharon.

They are in the knownGenes table, it's just that knownGenes does not 
store Gene Names, only UCSC gene ids (e.g. uc001yrt.2 (which corresponds 
to gene name IGHA2)).  You can get the Gene Names from the kgXRef table.

You can join the tables on hg18.knownGene.name + hg18.kgXref.kgID.
