We wanted to utilize and download many of the TFBS tracks at the same time as opposed to just one at a time in order to get a comprehensive list for our data when we are using the "Table Browser" utility in UCSC. However, it usually will only generate one set of data for just one transcription factor and one cell line. Essentially we want all of the cell lines and all of the transcription factors together.
