[gentoo-accessibility] preserving the state of espeakup after installation

Hi guys.  Thanks for the inpunctions on starting Espeakup on the 
disc.  I'm going to install tonight, but how do I save the 
Espeakup so that it'll start up on boot when I reboot my new 
system?
