libpq-8.1.0 is broken, unfortunately eapify doesn't fix.
The source for libpq-8.1.0 has also moved on the PostgreSQL mirrors, and
it's a bit hard to find. Mainline Gentoo has 8.1.4, but I suspect a
version bump to 8.1.5 is surely in the works.
