Is there maybe just the --nodeps missing?
I've went on with that, and now "emerge --oneshot coreutils" fails with:
* Applying coreutils-7.6-rpl_mkstemp.patch ...
* Failed Patch: coreutils-7.6-rpl_mkstemp.patch !
* (
/nilfisk/home/dve/gentoo-clean/usr/portage/sys-apps/coreutils/files/coreutils-7.6-rpl_mkstemp.patch
)
*
* Include in your bugreport the contents of:
*
*
/nilfisk/home/dve/gentoo-clean/var/tmp/portage/sys-apps/coreutils-7.6/temp/coreutils-7.6-rpl_mkstemp.patch-5109.out
* ERROR: sys-apps/coreutils-7.6 failed:

* If you need support, post the topmost build error, and the call
stack if relevant.
"emerge --oneshot =coreutils-7.5-r00.1" works fine.
