it's already rwxr-xr-x, isn't it?
k3bsetup/k3bsetup2 sets permissions to 4711 root:root or 4710
root:burning, because it thinks growisofs does need suid root. There
have been several cases of this going through #gentoo-amd64 in the
last couple of months, the above command fixed every one of them.
