JAVA_PKG_FORCE=blackdown-jdk-1.4.2 emerge openoffice
It seems that something (Portage?) will automatically select the newest
JDK.
Correction:
JAVA_PKG_FORCE_VM=blackdown-jdk-1.4.2 emerge openoffice
