you have to install nspluginwrapper, flash32 plugin, follow this wiki:

nspluginwrapper part and for java just install the emul-linux-java libraries
and java1.6 plugin and you'll have a functioning amd64 firefox with 32bit
flash plugin and 32 bit java (yep, the java plugin is only for 32bit, for
what i know). there is the jaa amd64 but not the plugin for firefox. still,
you cannot use shockwave, that isn't supported for linux.
