BTW, are you guys looking for other commonly (or in some cases.. ultra rarely) used science/biology ebuilds? I have built something like a dozen for the utilities that we use in house here.

My list includes:
sci-biology:
fastDNAml, genetree, migrate, phrap, s3, xplor-nih, fluctuate, lamarc, modeltest, paml, repeatmasker, seq-gen

sci-mathematics:
rproject

sci-misc:
oommf

Plus a bunch of broken ones that I would be far to embarrassed to put out there =) (gridengine, charmm, yaci, amber7.. etc.)
