media-sound/fluidsynth: add 2.4.6 * Use SDL3 From the 2.4.4 release notes: > Support for SDL3 has been added, support for SDL2 has been deprecated [...] SDL2 support is going to be dropped in 2.5.0, so let's get a move on. Was going to change to SDL3 anyway but this is more of a push. * Use cmake-multilib more idiomatically (spit into _all and such). * Install an OpenRC init script (bug #450074). * Add USE=openmp. * Always build network support (bug #930788). It seems to be needed for pipewire/pulseaudio and I can't really see a reason to omit it anyway.
